What’s done: spot sanding, colour touch-up, minor gap filling
Price range:

  • SGD 250+ per small area (spot repair)

  • SGD 1.50 – 3.00 per sq ft (if charged by area, for larger areas or by no of rooms)

2️⃣ Sanding & Polishing (Refinishing)

Best for: dull floors, surface scratches, worn finish
What’s done: machine sanding, polishing, re-varnishing (oil-based or water-based)

Notes:
